All confirmed orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days (unless otherwise stated) Delivery time is estimated to be within 2-3 working days.
If you made a purchase during a sale or the holiday season, please kindly do expect that your order could take up to an extra 3 working days to be processed due to the increased volume of orders to be packed.
How do I know if my order has been dispatched?
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. it will usually take about 2-3 working days. Shipping times does not include a 1-2 working days of order processing time.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all delivery options offered within Singapore can be tracked. You can login to your account and track your order. You will be notified of the tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Is it necessary to include my mobile number before I place an order?
Yes, we strongly encouraged all of our customers to include their mobile number so that we are able to contact you should there be any issues with your order.
Can I combine both food and merchandise items into one cart?
Yes, you can purchase both food & merchandise items into one cart. Delivery charges will automatically be set at $25.
Does Blue Waves Store ship internationally?
No, currently we only ship within Singapore.
My order come incomplete, wrong or damage, how do i return it?
All return items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with original tags and packaging intact.
Step 1 - You will need to email us at email@example.com with the email titled [ Incorrect/Defective Merchandise Received - Order ID xxxxxx ] Attach a snapshot of the defect on the item and/or the incorrect merchandise sent in the email. This will help in expediting your returns request.
Step 2 - Upon our acknowledgement of the return request, we will further advise you on how to return your defective item via email. It is compulsory to return items via a trackable service. We will not be liable for any lost return parcels. Return parcels are to reach us within 7 calendar days from date of receiving the items (21 calendar days for International orders).
Step 3 - We will email you after we have received and processed your item(s). For further enquiries, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I exchange my order?
No, unfortunately all orders made online have to be exchanged online via email@example.com. Exchanges in store are currently not available.
Can I return, change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, items purchased cannot be returned or refunded.
Do I have to set up an account to shop at your site?
You do not have to set up an account but setting up an account saves you the hassle of filling in your details every time you shop with us. Setting up an account with us also allows you to get first hand, exclusive updates regarding launches, promotions and sales.
How do I know if a product is available?
As long as you are able to add the item to cart or place backorder, the item is available for your purchase. If an item is out of stock, you will not be able to checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal and direct credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard & American Express). Payments are processed securely and your credit card information is never stored. We do not provide 'CASH - ON - DELIVERY' payment method.
Is my personal information kept private?
How do I sign up for the Blue Waves' newsletter?
You can go to the bottom of our homepage (footer) and you will see “Newsletter”. That is where you can sign up for our newsletters by submitting your email address.
